# i4h-slang render verify receipt -- 2026-11-06 (lead + glm-5.3-flash verdicts recorded)

Artifact: t2/artifacts/i4h-slang/i4h_slang_chole_tet_med_rgb_20261105_215213.mp4
(400 frames, 1920x1080, 10 fps, libx264 crf 0 yuv444p) + capture/{rgb,depth,segmentation,normals}.mkv.
Producer: i4h-physics-simulation chole_tet_med, i4h's own Slang renderer (slangpy 0.43.1 --no-deps,
venv /mnt/wd20t/venvs/surg-t2-i4h), scripted driver. Numbers from t2/artifacts/i4h-slang/RESULT.md:
physics 48.8 Hz with render+capture (20.47 ms/step), render 59.7 fps, 0 dropped frames, finite=True.

## Lead look (frames f_8.7, f_16.4 this seat; f_24.1, f_39.5 previous seat)
- Visible: lit, textured peritoneum with vessel network; textured liver; articulated real instrument meshes; AO/bloom.
Clearly better than the old flat render (review/media-20261106-i4h/f_15.jpg).
- Defects: gallbladder small and often hidden (8.7 s behind a torn flap; 16.4 s not visible); 5 shafts crowd the view;
at 16.4 s the tool tips hover above the liver with no visible contact; matte surfaces (no wet specular).
- Not visible: blood (engine peak_blood_alive 0, because the scripted scissors target fat), smoke, char, a clip, a cut line.
- Lead verdict: realistic-looking base render; NOT a cholecystectomy step being performed. Show only with label
"SOTA base reproduction, i4h official renderer, scripted driver, no bleeding".

## Cross-family gate (glm-5.3-flash, review/media-20261106-i4h-slang/glm_frames.py)
Run 2026-11-05 23:0x EST (attempt 2 after one 429), 6 frames t=1.0..39.5 s; full text review/media-20261106-i4h-slang/glm-verdict.md.
**VERDICT claim=PARTIAL realism=5 show_owner=OK-with-label** -- agrees with the lead verdict.
- YES: real articulated instrument meshes; cutting (divided fat pocket + hanging flap at 8.7 s / 39.5 s).
- PARTIAL: deformation (no dimpling under tips), clipping (no deployed clip visible), thermal (removal, no char), wet specular (waxy).
- NO: bleeding, smoke, irrigation. "all physiology systems on" is contradicted by log + pixels -> never use that phrase.
- Defects: GB about 2x too small vs 5 mm tools; 6-7 crossing shafts (real lap chole uses 3-4 ports); GB hidden at 16.4 s; tet-mesh jagged flap edges; GB red line looks like a decal.
Label the owner sees: "SOTA base reproduction -- i4h official Slang renderer, scripted driver. No bleeding/smoke; clip + thermal fire in engine but are not visible. GLM realism 5/10."

Status: DONE as a labelled base reproduction (both verdicts recorded). Not a performed cholecystectomy step.
